IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

  1. We send parcels to all EU countries as well as Norway and Switzerland and other European countries.
  2. Parcels sent within the European Union are exempt from customs clearance.
  3. We send parcels via the following courier companies: DPD, FedEX, CZECHLogistic.
  4. Parcels that we send to Norway, Switzerland and other non-EU countries are subject to customs clearance. It takes an average of 2-3 working days, which may result in longer delivery times. The cost of customs clearance is to be borne by the importer (customer) and is not included in the cost of shipping.
  5. When ordering goods to a country where customs clearance is required, we do not bear the cost of any customs fees. Their payment is the responsibility of the Customer.
  6. Please also note that when importing goods to Norway or Switzerland, proof of payment for the goods (e.g. bank or credit card statement) must be presented to the customs authorities there. Otherwise, the goods may not be cleared by customs and sent back to the sender.
  7. With regard to goods ordered to third countries (outside the European Union), the customer, as the importer of the goods, is obliged to complete all customs formalities in order to receive the consignment. As well as being obliged to check whether the goods are authorised for sale in the country in which delivery is to be made. Information in this respect can be obtained from the local administrative authorities or customs offices. In the event of failure to comply with this obligation, we shall not be held liable for failure to deliver to the customer.
  8. If for some reason the goods are not cleared and sent back to us, then you should be aware that the refund to the customer will be reduced by the costs of storage of the goods at the border and their return shipment, which we will have to bear. These costs range from 6 to 10 times the cost of postage.
  9. We are also not responsible for any problems with customs clearance, extending the delivery time of the parcel.
